✨ Quality Over Quantity ✨

Happy Labor Day Weekend! I hope whatever you’re doing this weekend is full of smiles, laughter + lots of memories made! This weekend is all about celebrating the last of summer with family + friends, escaping on one last getaway, and of course all the sales! So today I wanted to put together some products that are worth the price tag because to me quality over quantity is always best.

The amount of retailers that have sales during this weekend can be very overwhelming + intimidating. I’ve never been on to push sales on things that I either don’t have + love or have my eye on. It’s so easy to get caught up in all the excitement of seeing all the percentages off and the prices slashed whenever you open social media or your email.

I am guilty of getting caught up in it myself + purchasing way too much. Especially of things I don’t need or products that aren’t the greatest quality just because it was on sale. The older I get the more I want to make sure I get the most out of my money + the products I’m purchasing. Insert the mindset of quality over quantity.

I’d rather 2 sweaters that last me years over 5 that I have to replace every season. The same with bags, shoes, home decor etc. When purchasing high priced items I want them to be neutral in color so I can mix + match, timeless + classic so I can wear them/have them for years + high quality so they last. So without further ado, here are some brands that I either have some of other products + love them. Or I have my eye on them + purchasing because of the LDW sale.

When I first heard about Jenni Kayne + saw the prices I immediately closed the browser + said no way. Well a couple of people who I follow on IG raved about the quality of the Jenni Kayne pieces they owned. How they have been wearing them for years, they still look brand new, etc. As I’m evaluating my wardrobe for the fall + winter, I’d to like to incorporate a few more pieces that I can mix + match into my existing wardrobe, have for years to come + are on sale, enter The Everyday Sweater by Jenni Kayne. Jenny Kayne is offering 20% off site wide with code: LDWEVENT20.

I choose this piece as my introduction into JK because the reviews are great + I can dress it up or down, mix + match, and have it for years. Stay tuned for my review! I also rounded up some other JK picks I wouldn’t mind adding to my wardrobe over the years. I have a feeling the Cody Cardigan will be the next addition to my JK collection as my brother who died, his name is Cody.

Kendra Scott is another retailer that is worth the price tag. I’ve had pieces for years + years + they still look brand new. Personally it’s her jewelry boxes  that still the show. I’ve had mine for 3+ years now, it looks brand new + none of my jewelry stored in it has tarnished or anything. KS is offering 20% off everything this weekend as well. No code needed.

Otay, I’m done talking your ear off ha! If you’re still with me, you a rock star! Happy Shopping Friend!!
