Welcome to my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Guide!! I’m sure by now you know that tomorrow is the first day for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. So today I’m bringing you my complete guide to the #NSale ’23 Guide + Picks. That includes tips + tricks to shopping the sale, the items I already have, my picks of the best items + full descriptions of why. I was really intentional about the items I picked because I wanted this to be a curated list of the best of the best.
My last years picks are here if you’re curious lol. To be honest, I am disappointed in Nordstrom for the structure of the sale this year. I don’t think you have to spend tens of thousands of dollars to stop a sale early ya know? I feel it was better in years past when cardholders no matter the status could shop for a week or so, let them restock items + then open the sale to the public. ✨ DO NOT OPEN A CREDIT CARD TO HAVE ACCESS TO THIS SALE!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!! ✨ At the end of the day it is just a sale, they are just items ya know?
✨ THE 411 + DATES ✨
When shopping the sale instead of adding everything that peaked my interest in my cart I challenged myself to only add things that will add to my wardrobe that I don’t already have, that are neutrals, will last me more than one season, and I can make at least 3 outfits out of each item.
I want warm, comfy and cute pieces that I can either feel put together while staying home, or feeling put together actually going out. As much as the good deals are, I really concentrated on pieces that I don’t already have, not adding another item of something I already have just because the price was good.
This year I’m breaking down this post a little different. Instead of the 3 categories:

I’m breaking them down into the categories they actually fall in to. Home, beauty, accessories, + clothes. I will say that my picks are on the more expensive side. However, this is the time I buy them because they are discounted and I know they will last a long time, so to me its worth it [sorry babe lol].
✨ TIPS + TRICKS ✨
- First of all, please know that YOU DO NOT need to buy anything from the sale + you DO NOT have to feel shame or anything like that. At the end of the day its just a sale, just stuff.
- Because with Nordstrom its always free shipping and free returns, make multiple purchases because things will sell out fast.
- If something you want is sold out, don’t get discouraged! Keep checking back because they do restock items and you can snag it then. Also, try calling your local store because they can hunt items down the website says it’s out of stock. I’ve personally done this a couple times.
- Fall/winter and basic pieces will sell out fast. So think sweaters, cardigans, leggings, designer denim and booties- just to name a few.
- Items that bloggers/influencer show will also sell out fast as well.

FP Oversized Cozy Sweater – [Sale Price: $88.99 // After Sale: $168]: This year’s is a little different from the one I have but the principal is the same. I actually like this year’s version of the neck better because I don’t really like anything around my neck. But they both are super comfy, oversized + can be worn so many different ways that the price per wear is definitely worth the purchase!
Spanx Faux Leather Leggings – [Sale Price: $64.99 // After Sale: $98]: I really like these. I do recommend sizing up a size from your normal though became they suck you in so they are a bit snug [as they should be]. They can be dressed up with sweaters and booties or dressed down with a long white long sleeve tee, a denim jacket and cute sneakers. I wear mine with sweaters layered on top of a long white tee with my mini uggs. I feel like it looks cute and the two most important parts: 1. I’m warm and 2. its comfortable.
Barefoot Dreams Socks – [Sale Price: $18.99 // After Sale: $25]: These socks are worth EVERY PENNY! Its like a cloud is wrapped around your feet! I love these socks! They are so soft and warm. They wash well and still look brand new. I like that they are neutral colors so you can pair them with outfits and still feel and look put together.
Halogen Shoulder Cutout Rib Mock Neck Sweater– [Sale Price: $58.99 // After Sale: $89]: This caught my eye immediately. It would be so cute with black pants + heels or denim + mules. Perfect for date night or drinks with the girls in the fall.
Treasure + Bond Turtle Neck Sweater– [Sale Price: $39.99 // After Sale: 59]: This sweater comes in several color options + kinda looks like the FP version but more affordable.
Kut from the Kloth Hight Waisted Denim– [Sale Price: $72.99 // After Sale: $109]: This brand of denim is great. They have stretch but not too much + hold up great. Plus they have a lot of different washes + come in plus size.
Treasure + Bond OTS Sweater– [Sale Price: $44.99 // After Sale: 69]: I have a version of this I love it. It’s comfy + warm! Perfect for dressing up or down!

Riki Loves Riki Mirror – [Sale Price: $156.10 // After Sale: $230]: Okay, I know this mirror is crazy expensive but it really is worth it. Its a really nice size mirror with ridiculously bright lights that you can adjust. It comes with a stand, magnetic phone holder that you can connect with blue tooth for amazing selfies and handsfree videos. As well as it also comes with a magnetic magnified mirror. It also is super light so its nice for traveling or moving it wherever you need it.
Supergoop! Sunscreen duo– [Sale Price: $43 // After Sale: $63]: This is a great deal for great products! I love the glow screen. It gives such a nice glow with great sun protection. I have heard good things about the glow stick too.
U Beauty Gift Set – [Sale Price: $156 // After Sale: $224]: I have heard so many good things about this brand. Now is the perfect time to try it because its discounted + this set has the top 3 products. Win Win.
t3 Featherweight Stylemax Dryer– [Sale Price: $133.90 // After Sale: $199]: t3 products almost never go on sale so now is the time to grab them!
Drybar Double Shot Blow Dryer– [Sale Price: $103 // After Sale: $150]: Drybar products rarely go on sale so now it the time to grab them!
Hourglass Veil Translcent Setting Power + Brush Set– [Sale Price: $74 // After Sale: $114]: I have blogged these products so many times over the years! This is a great deal!!

Barefoot Dreams Blanket – [Sale Price: $119.90 // After Sale: $180]: Again, I know its crazy to spend over $100 on a blanket [again, sorry babe lol] but it really is worth it! It is so soft and warm! The quality is amazing as well. I wash mine every week, had it for years and it still looks brand new. The fibers/fabric is something special because its unlike any other blanket I’ve had or felt. It’s the best to either cuddle up with on the couch or go to sleep with. I take it everywhere when I travel. Highly recommend!
Viking Tea Kettle– [Sale Price: $79.99 // After Sale: $99.99]: This tea kettle had it me a gold + white to be honest ha!
Nordstrom Marble Serving Board– [Sale Price: $32.99 // After Sale: $49]: This neutral yet classic serving board will look amazing in just about anyone’s home. And the memories made around it are limitless!
Fellow Corvo EKG Electric Kettle– [Sale Price: $149.99 // After Sale: $195]: I am a tea drinker + have had this electric tea kettle on my wishlist for ever. Might have to pull the trigger.
Nordstrom Marble + Acacia Wood Cake Stand– [Sale Price: $51.99 // After Sale: $79]: I love using cake stands to add height to my home decor. So when I’m not hosting + using it for food I use it for home decor. Therefore the price per use is justifiable to me.
Nordstrom Marble Dip Bowl– [Sale Price: $19.99 // After Sale: $29]: I love anything marble. This would be great for dip or maybe a catch all on a dresser or night stand.
