// Garland [It’s sold out but here is the link incase it comes back in stock]
Decorating for Christmas is my favorite time of year to decorate! There are so many ways + they are all beautiful + emotion evoking. There is just something about Christmas decor that brings out childhood memories + feelings in me! So today I want to share with you how I decorated for Christmas this year. I hope it evokes those childhood memories + feelings!
Otay so I linked as much as I could, but a lot of it is super old + I couldn’t find it on the retailers website or there is no link. So here we go!
✨ Details: ✨
// Wooden House // Mini Flocked Trees // Sleigh: Home Goods //Glass Star: So old I have no idea // Acorn: Family heirloom. My grandma gave it to me, its older than me. // Gold Stand: Randomly found it at my Aunts + spray painted it // Count Down to Christmas Truck: I don’t remember, maybe Michales.
So as I said above I love all the different types of decorating for Christmas. I stick with two: one glam: being white, gold, silver + sparkles. And the other being rustic with wood, velvet texture, red, flocked tress + of course sparkles. Oh and we can’t forget the twinkle lights!! Are we surprised? Probably not ha!

// Glitter Reindeer // Marble Tray // Love Sign //Santas: Home Goods // Present: Michales // Sparkle Sign: Michales // Winter Trees: So old I don’t remember // Crown: Kmart // Marble Sleigh: Home Goods
To be honest, I’m not all that thrilled with how it came out. But I wanted to document that because its not always going to be perfect the first time you put it up ya know? You’re going to have to fix it, adjust it, live with it a little to see how you like it.
Sparkle Oh Holy Night Sign: Michaels // Angel Wing Naivety: Burlington // Sparkle Tray: Nordstrom but super old // Marble Tray: Target but I can’t find it
I wanted to be super intentional about the pieces I display + I really wanted to mix in my decor that could be used all year round. I have more year round items then I did last year ha! So it made this year’s decorating a little tricky. But I’m top for the challenge ha!
